CueCloset is designed to minimize unnecessary storage of personal images while providing visual fashion discovery, account sync and virtual try-on features.

Images you submit

When you scan an outfit, CueCloset prepares a compressed copy in your browser and sends that prepared image to our AI infrastructure only when you ask us to analyze it. We use the image to identify visible clothing and accessories and to find shopping candidates.

My Model / virtual try-on

Your saved full-body model photo is stored locally on your device in browser storage. CueCloset does not intentionally add that saved model photo to the CueCloset customer database. When you choose Generate try-on, a compressed copy is sent to the configured AI provider to create the requested visualization. Provider processing is subject to the provider's service terms and technical retention practices. You can remove the locally stored model photo with Delete photo.

Accounts and cloud data

If you create an account, CueCloset stores account-linked scan history, saved items, price-alert settings, subscription or complimentary-Pro entitlement state, and related product/retailer records in our database. Row-level access controls are used to separate customer records.

Shopping and affiliate data

CueCloset may record limited outbound shopping-click information such as the retailer, product category, match type and destination. Some shopping links may be affiliate links, which can earn CueCloset a commission without increasing your purchase price.

Local storage

The site uses browser storage for features such as signed-out saves, PWA caching and the locally stored My Model photo. Clearing site data in your browser can remove locally stored information.

Usage analytics

CueCloset records limited product-use events such as visits, scans, saves, price alerts, retailer clicks, virtual try-on activity, account sign-ins, Pro checkout starts and partnership-form submissions. These events may use a random browser identifier, a session identifier and your account ID when you are signed in. Event metadata is limited and is not intended to include uploaded image contents, passwords, payment-card numbers or your full My Model photo.

Third-party services

CueCloset relies on infrastructure and service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, AI processing, search and payments. Retailer sites you open have their own privacy practices.

Children

CueCloset is not designed for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice as CueCloset adds features or providers. The current version will remain available at this URL.
